Australian-origin citrus and stone-fruit concentrates from the Murray River growing region — known for the consistency of its Brix and colour. Sourcing from Australia gives our clients access to Southern Hemisphere harvest windows, essential for year-round supply.
South African processors with deep orchard ties across the Western Cape supply us with apple, pear, and grape concentrates of European-specification quality, shipped via Durban or Cape Town into our Jebel Ali consolidation point.
Brazil is the world's largest producer of frozen concentrated orange juice (FCOJ). Our Brazilian-origin programme covers Valencia and Pera lines from established São Paulo state processors, giving clients reliable access to the deepest orange concentrate market in the world.
Israeli-origin producers are among the most technically advanced concentrate processors in the world, with decades of experience in citrus, pomegranate, and specialty concentrates. Their consistency in flavour profile and Brix control makes Israel a preferred origin for formulations that cannot tolerate batch-to-batch drift.
Where seasonality, spec, or volume requires it, we extend our book through audited complementary processors in Turkey, Spain, Poland, Brazil, Argentina, and Egypt. Every supplier passes our intake QC and is documented in our supplier register. Always disclosed on the CoA.
